They have birds in them how hard can it be but like a lot of people it is!!!! I'm so excited too about your school project and those amazing photo's!! How precious that when you described that the dough was like their mummy's bread dough that then they "got it" and had super fun!! The joy's of simplicity!! Awesome! About crafter's block, yeah, I hear ya. I am in that phase right now. Nothing really works. But I especially get that way with certain colors-like plum or pink. Can't seem to wanna incorporate them in my usual color scheme. I just tackled using grey on my cards, luved it! You know Grey is the new black this season, hehe.
