the {appreciative} observers

There was a place where the flowers met the sky… where the grey clouds hung low in quietude, occasionally spilling splotches of warm summer rain against the already moist blooms… where the breeze ran it’s fingers faintly across the delicate petals…

And we were nothing more than appreciative observers… driving through the endless fields, reaching through our lens and remembering… always remembering that moment…
