in Scrapbooking

One of my goals for 2013 is to begin scrapbooking more.  I fell behind last year because life was so busy and I really miss this medium.  As I sat trying to find my paper crafting groove again, I realized just how much I enjoy the simplicity of putting photos with paper and adding string and paint.   It is hard for me to keep up with all the latest trends because the products are crazy expensive here and are usually far, far behind the crafting world.  I just had some new products sent, though, and after paying almost $10/pound I think I better use them!  So here is my first layout to share with you in 2013 and I hope that you won’t mind that it is from my son’s birthday in 2012!  I have never worried about scrapbooking on a certain schedule.  As long as I make time for it and enjoy the process, then I’m happy!  I will start posting my projects to Two Peas In A Bucket so you can see all the current products available there!

What about you?  Do you have any creative goals for 2013?

Happy weekend!

Scrapbooks take a lot of time, but the result is priceless! One thought: keep the scrapbook at a size that can be easily scanned; that way it can be saved in digital format and shared.

I adore this, Tina! Scrapping is something I want to do more, also.

I have lots of goals for 2013, but mostly I want to focus on learning more photography and getting caught up on my photo albums. I’d also love to travel more. I love your blog by the way :)

This is too darn cute!! Absolutely adorable. I do hope you can take the time to work on your wonderful creations, Tina. It’s amazing how full our lives are, isn’t it? Was it always this way??

I have pretty much onlycreative goals for the new year. Better add some practical ones like weeding the garden. :)

Have a lovely week ahead!
