We have three flights of stairs, but only one has a little landing. It happens to be one of my favorite little corners, though. The day we moved in, with all the House Hunters chaos going on around us, my dear friend and I grunted and heaved this dresser into this little alcove and it has not moved since. Considering the fact that she nearly lost her toe, I smashed my knee, and we both had sore backs afterwards, it seemed only fitting that it should remain just where it is!
Some of my favorite items like the little wood box that my Traveling Girl made in her wood workshop class at school and the jewelry tree she gave me for Christmas live here.
