One of my favorite things in the world to do is go on a girls’ date with Hailey, or as many of you know her, Traveling Girl. She is the coolest girl I know and I thought you might enjoy seeing some of her favorite places to eat and shop!
One of the best things about Copenhagen is that you can walk or ride your bike to so many great shops and restaurants… it always seems like there is something to to discover just down the street!
One the agenda for today? Shopping for Traveling Girl’s upcoming 12th birthday at a gorgeous shop called Symbiose in Østerbro. Not only does it have a beautiful home section and an amazing women’s department, it also has one thing that is nearly impossible to find…
A tween section that makes us both go weak at the knees! We have the hardest time finding clothes to fit Hailey, but that is not a problem here!
The only issue now is trying to narrow it down… shall we have the fur vest or the tutu skirt… or both?
With Dad along, there was no way she was just going to window shop… (he has never been very good at saying no, but neither am I!)
I will show you the blanket she chose for her birthday soon (it is hidden away with promises that it will be forgotten for a couple weeks!) Gorgeous photograph of TG walking in the middle of the street. Beautiful. Sounds like a fun shopping trip. I have very fond memories of a weekend in Copenhagen with my best friend – so many gorgeous shops, cafes, streets etc.
