fun and {free} links

by Tina on June 19, 2009

We all love a bargain, but these next few links are all free.  Yes, you will be amazed by the fact that they are free when you see how gorgeous they are!  A huge thanks to the ladies who have given these little gifts to us!

I don’t know about you all, but I am an organizing nut!  I live for organizing!  When I was little I would wander off from my Mom in the store.  After the initial panic my Mom would find me in the book section of somewhere “messy” organizing all the shelves and alphabetizing the coloring books!  So, of course I loved these free labels from The container Store!

And check out these great labels here at IDIY.  Think of all the possibilities!

And I must try these pom poms from Creature Comforts!  What a great idea!

Love these bookplates found over at How About Orange!  These are so much better than the cut up slips of paper the kids and I cut up and stuffed into all their books.  We love playing “library” so we might have to just turn these book plates into library cards too!

organize

When organizing looks like this, anyone can join in the fun!

I printed these up for a fun color sheet for my kids to welcome summer!  They also loved putting them in the mail to family in the States!

And I absolutely HAD to had to print these up from Holly at Decor8.  Can you believe they are free??

I had a hard time choosing which wallpaper I wanted from Kindred Spirits.  They are all beautiful!

If all those freebies do not make your heart go pitter patter… well, I don’t know what else will!  Hope you have a happy day!

Lovely! You know the free printables online make not being around craft shops so much more bearable! =) I’m always on the lookout for the freebie downloads and always share them on my Google reader to keep track of them.

I like the blog and will be following along to see where you end up next!

Those are all gorgeous. Wish I could be that organised!!! Was just drooling at all the wonderful goodies at IKEA in Malaga when we were over there! Thanks for the comments on my blogs! We are off to South Africa, so spared the heat for a few weeks, but then arrive straight back for the worst of it!! Keep well. Wendy

Oh my gosh, Tina! We’re sisters in this regard. I lo-o-ove organization more than anyone I know. My cds are organized by genre and then artist. I can tell you where anything I own resides, whether it’s on a bookshelf, in a closet, or stored in the attic. I can feel the endorphin rush when one of those closet organization system flyers comes in the mail. So glad I’m not the only nut out here! :-)

Great links, thank you Tina! I had already found the “thank you” cards through the How About Orange site (I love it!), but I love the organizing labels.
By the way, in the Just Something I made blog you can find some more free downloadable labels in red and lime green (my fave color)that Cathe posted a couple of weeks ago.I’ve already put them to use ;)
Hope the baby shower went great!

Aargh! The container store is my favourite store. I feel so rested and calm there :-) Unfortunately the prices are quite high at times even though the quality is certainly very good. I knew the economy had hit them when they extended their Elfa sale to May 31 this year, and basically ran TWO Elfa sales instead of just one in the Spring…

When I lived outside the US, I’d come back and hit all the organisation stores… just to look :-) .

Thank you for this great post… I’ll be hitting some of the freebies soon.
