Clean & Graphic

This is my go-to style, if I had to put myself into one style.  I love the look and feel of a clean and graphic card.  I find myself gravitating towards things for my home in this style as well.  This is a great Christmas card if you are wanting to mass produce one to send out to friends and family as well.  I have other cards to share with you later this week that took much longer to make and wouldn’t be practical if you were wanting to make several!

I may put this one in the Etsy shop and see if anyone wants to custom order their Christmas cards as a way of supporting our He{art} for Morocco project.  What do you all think?  Is this something you would want to send out at Christmas or do you tend to include a family photo?

Card was made for Moxie Fab World Clean & Graphic Challenge

Your blog and vision for your blog is wonderful! love your etsy site too. what a life you lead! I am new to cooking and just last night made a moroccan lemon and chicken dish. I see that you have a cookbook. might have to investigate that as well! we also have 3 kids and are practicing sharing the world with them – one person, one place, one moment at a time. looking forward to keeping tabs on your blog!

I love this, Tina! It is very “me”, too. We always include a photo with our Christmas cards (or, more accurately, our card is a photo). Now that I have my blog and have been creating lots of cards I’m feeling some pressure to put the two (handmade card and photo) together this year. We’ll see what I come up with…

18 Dawn W. September 3, 2009 at 12:50 am

This would definitely be more “me” as well. Although when I scan my blog it feels like I am always trying something “new”. Hmmm maybe I should embrace my true love and go with it. Beautiful work as always!

I just found your blog from the Moxie Fab site and I’m so very impressed. Your work is so clean, fresh and very inspiring. I just love this Christmas card. I just recently bought some $1 stamps from Michaels and they were some of these patterns. I’ll have to get them out an play now. Thanks again for the inspiration.
