playing with {color}

I was browsing through one of the magazines that I bought in Spain and just loved the colors in this room.  It was way too much fun pulling the colors from the room and using them as inspiration for a card!  Not only that but I pulled out my “Paint Prints” by SU! which had been totally neglected recently.  Now I’m inspired to look through all my magazines for more color combinations!  Don’t you just love this room too?  I love the way Spaniards decorate their homes.  They use a lot of clean lines and almost always have a punch of color in their rooms.

If you are interested in trying these colors I used Perfect Plumeria and Sea Breeze by VersaMagic and Bordering Blue, Basic Black, and River Rock by SU!  You could substitute Purely Pomegranate and Soft Sky by SU! if you don’t have the Versamagic inks.  The ribbon is from StarLitStudio.  If you decide to use the color inspiration please leave a link so I can see your creation!

Those colors are fabulous- the card is beautiful. I just discovered your blog the other day, and spent about an hour here while having my coffee. It is so brave and adventurous of you to move so far away from home- I envy you- what an amazing experience for you all. My mother would *kill me* if I took her grandbabies so far away-lol.
So now that I’ve written all that- I wanted to tell you that you’ve been tagged-I’m tagging you because I am fascinated with your blog, and your work is lovely. Details are on my blog at http://www.inkerbelsinklings.blogspot.com.
