Breakfast In Copenhagen: Cafe Europa

Hello, friends.  Are you ready to start another week?  We have been working on some pretty amazing projects, so I am ready to leap in and hopefully give you a full dose of romance, inspiration, and perhaps a bit of wanderlust this week.  To begin, I want to share one of my favorite cafes to meet at for breakfast in Copenhagen.  Cafe Europa has the best atmosphere, with a bit of old world glam and modern sophistication.  It is the kind of place that you expect to see someone dashingly famous in the corner, quietly sipping coffee and reading the paper.  It also happens to be a fantastic place to meet up with a good friend, which is exactly what I did last week when I met my girlfriend, Camilla, an actress and model.

We feasted on a gorgeous brunch, loving everything from the almond porridge with blueberries to the mini tarts and cheese.   We sipped fresh squeezed orange juice and lattes and caught up on her adventures of traveling for six months in the far east.  {{amazing}}  Even though it was pouring icy rain outside, we had the nicest time together in the ever cozy, Cafe Europa, but if you visit during the summer the tables outside are the ideal place to check out Cafe Europa’s seasonal menu and people watch.

The setting and food looks lovely! And – don’t you and your friend look alike? At first glance I assumed you were sisters :)

Thanks! We typically shoot with our D800 and a 50mm lens, which was the case here.

What a lovely looking cafe! I can imagine it’s one of your favorites. I’m planning to visit Copenhagen this year for The Hive in May, so I hope I get the chance to have breakfast here.

Oh how I loved this! We never got inside but passed by this Cafe so so many times! And now I regret! Or I will just have to go there again… yes, I will probably do that! And then I will be the one having brunch with you here!! Such a beautiful place! And you two look so stylish too!

Would definitely love to savour the almond porridge with blueberries to the mini tarts and cheese in your restaurant. Setting and the food look fabulous complementing each other.
