Over the weekend I joined a few of my girl friends at Nimb to celebrate the upcoming milestone birthday of my good friend, Melanie.  I have mentioned the Nimb hotel before, which is one of the luxurious places to sleep in Copenhagen but this was the first time I had been to the Nimb restaurant for high tea.  It was such a treat and we had the best time, not only enjoying the company and atmosphere, but the tea as well.  (I highly recommend a cup of “Wrecked in Shanghai, a tea that is only available at the Nimb Bar.)

If you are on the hunt for luxury in Copenhagen, look no further than Nimb…

Love that place – we always take visitors who are here for a short time there for dinner at the brasserie. It overlooks Tivoli so it’s a good way to hit two birds with one stone when people don’t have time for the full park. Happy birthday melanie!

This looks elegant and fun. The treats look yummy. What a nice place to enjoy with your friends.

It looks great! We might book a table next time we are in Copenhagen (hopefully in September!)
