I feel the need to preempt every one of these post with a quick promise that we are not actually moving, but just momentarily house crashing as we daydream about the places we might want to live… if we were moving. This time, I thought it might be fun to head to the English countryside to this beautiful Georgian Rectory in West Sussex, England.
It is a bit over the top and feminine, which is just the kind of place my wishes and hopes like to take me!
Although I do try to keep a very tidy pantry, this one has me contemplating a little makeover on mine!
I love the daffodils on the counter in the kitchen. Our first day of Spring brought us more snow, so I am anxious for any reminder that spring will come eventually! Aren’t the beams and the lighting gorgeous, too?
The chandeliers and fire places in this home are pretty magnificent. I can just imagine sitting by the fire… waiting for those warmer days to come with a good novel and a cup of tea!
What do you think about this home? What in particular catches your attention?
You can find more places to daydream about on Light Locations. Their homes are traditionally used for film and photography rentals, but that will not prevent us from finding inspiration in them, right?
